Please note there is only one voucher or coupon valid per item, per transaction. Discount vouchers are not valid on special offers, so please use one or the other to get yourself the best price.


We are able to accept return products only if they are unopened and unused. Return within 48 hours with proof of purchase.


All prices are in NZ dollars. Instore prices differ from online prices. Our prices are quoted inclusive of GST but exclusive of any applicable freight charges. 

Damages or Loss in Transit

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made within 48 hours. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. However, please notify us immediately with details of any claim and we will do all we can to rectify any situations that may arise. We recommend paying the extra cost for a signature courier. Please contact us to organise this for you before placing your order.

The seller's website and advertising only constitute an invitation to treat. Ordering goods (online or otherwise) constitutes an offer by the buyer to buy in accordance with these terms and conditions. The seller's acceptance occurs (and the contract is formed) when the goods are dispatched to the buyer. Xtreme Nutrition endeavours to provide current and accurate information on the Website. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. Xtreme Nutrition cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the Website will be available when ordered or thereafter. Xtreme Nutrition does not warrant that the content of the Website including, without limitation, product descriptions, price or photographs, is accurate or complete.

We respect your knowledge and judgement. Unless you ask for advice, we will assume you know what you want and ship the exact products you bought. If you are unsure of anything, we are more than happy to answer your questions about our products and choose the right products based on your needs and budget.

Xtreme Nutrition reserves the right to: (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) change at any time the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, any promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (c) reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason; and (d) limit quantities available for sale or sold.


Our stock is updated several times per day, but from time to time there can be errors due to incorrect stocktake counts, etc. Please note an online order which is showing stock at the time may be incorrect. If this is the case we will contact you. It's highly unlikely, but worth mentioning.

Price Matching Conditions

If you find the same product for less somewhere else, we will match that price. Does not include short dated or clearance products. Products must be in stock and brand new, and must be from New Zealand. Xtreme Nutrition holds the rights and the final say on any price matching.
