Unless specified, NONE of our products are expired or even close to expiry. These are just purely great deals!

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE New Zealand wide. We ship with Courier Post within 1 – 3 working days.

How do I pay?

Our only payment option is credit card with VISA and MASTERCARD. We use DPS payment express which is a secure payment system. We never store customer credit card details.

I don't want this product, I made a mistake

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return in this situation, please ensure you understand what items you are selecting. There is a chance to check your order before confirmation.

Ecological Friendliness

We promote ecological friendliness by using products that are ecologically friendly. We will use recycled or recyclable packaging. We will always be mindful of environmental impact of e-waste and explore ways to minimize this.


Please note there is only one voucher or coupon valid per item, per transaction. Discount vouchers are not valid on special offers, please use one or the other, whichever is greater.


We are able to return products only if they have not been opened and used. Within 48 hours with proof of purchase.


Our prices are quoted inclusive of GST but exclusive of any applicable Freight Charges in NZ Dollars.

Damages or Loss in Transit

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made within 48 hours. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit however details of any claim should be advised to us immediately and we will do all we can to rectify any situations that may arise. We do suggest paying the extra for a signature courier. Please contact us to organise this for you before placing your order.

Our stock is updated a couple of times a day, but from time to time there can be errors due to incorrect stock take count's etc. Please note a online order which is showing stock at the time maybe incorrect, if this is the case we will contact you. It's highly unlikely, but worth mentioning.
