COVID-19 Alert Level 4 Shipping Information:

Xtreme Nutrition will be shipping all essential items during lockdown level 4 period.

  • All orders must be placed online- our stores will remain closed
  • We will have minimum number of fullfillment staff to be in charge of shipping, keeping safe 2m distance and sanitary practices at all times.
  • All deliveries will be carried out by our partner NZ POST, practicing "contactless delivery/and pickup"measures for the safety of all.
  • There will be one "contactless pickup" per day.

Xtreme Nutrition offers FREE shipping across New Zealand,* and has done so since starting up in 2002.

We always endeavor to ship items to you as quickly and safely as we can. We use Courier Post who pick up two times a day from our distribution center.

Your order ships within 24 hours and deliveries reach our customers within 1-2 working days. If you would like to track your order, you should receive an email with tracking link to courier post.

We DONT ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery. We only ship within New Zealand.

We do not accept liability for damage or loss in transit. However, let us know what happened and we’ll do everything we can to help rectify the situation.

We are able to accept return products only if they are unopened and unused. Return within 48 hours with proof of purchase.

*Exceptions: Stuart Island, Great Barrier Island, and other island locations may be subject to additional delivery charges . Please note we do not cover those charges. Please call us for more information on the cost of delivery to these locations.
