This is just a short review with knowledge and opinion derived from my own experience with my product that may well differ to your experience with the product. The review is intended to acknowledge my appreciation for this great product and hopefully provide an informative solution to fellow athletes who are struggling to choose a good protein.

*****I am a dedicated athlete, though light weight, and train hard to improve myself, as such I try my best only to buy the best of the best, within reason to value. I have been taking Gaspari Nutrition MYOFUSION for about 6 months now, and just recently purchased and am almost finished with my first tub of the "Pro-Biotic" range protein. I am stuck to this product like glue, I have tried other products and I can safely say Gaspari Nutrition really knocked it straight out of the ball park with this one.

*.:CONTENT AND TECHNICAL JARGON:.*

*****You may or may not know, but MyoFusion is not like any other protein, no not at all. It boasts an "Advanced 6 stage protein blend", basically meaning you're receiving 6 different proteins from 6 different sources, all in the same shake. As stated on the front of the older series, the product is designed to maintain "Extreme Bio-Availability" and keep amino acid levels in the blood-stream at optimum levels.

The "Elite Athlete Protein Power" boasts a plethora of powerful benefits including, but not limited to the following...

>>Advanced Six Stage Protein Blend

>>Facilitation of Maximum Recovery

>>Infused with a powerful Pro-Biotic (On the description of the product on the back of the container - "patent protected Ganaden BC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086) probiotic to help support digestive health and immune system function.") Which, unlike many pro-biotics, is strong enough to survive manufacturing, doesn't require refrigeration, is shelf stable and survives stomach acids to deliver beneficial bacteria to your digestive system.

*****So, not only are you benefiting from an avalanche of multiple proteins, you're also further benefiting your general health by ingesting a strong Pro-biotic which not only aids your digestive system, but your immune system as well. Basically meaning, whether you engage in regular physical activity or not, this product could potentially be beneficial to your general well being as a part of a balanced diet.

.:*TASTE & MIXABILITY*:.

*****The only flavor that I have tried of the new range is the Banana flavor, though I have tried all of the other flavors of the previous range of myofusion.

*****Before I started using Gaspari Nutrition's MyoFusion, I had to amp myself up and take deep breaths before taking a sip of my previous proteins. It was the least favorite part of my health regime and I genuinely despised taking it, so I tried MyoFusion.

*****Gaspari Nutrition -Guarantees- "Long Term Taste Satisfaction", and this promise is more than deliverable, not only is there a diverse variety of flavors ranging from Peanut Butter (Which tastes remarkably like my old friend "Reece's Pieces" peanut butter cups) all the way to cookies and cream Ice Cream, BUT THESE FLAVORS ACTUALLY TASTE LIKE WHAT THEY SAY! Cookies and cream TASTES LIKE COOKIES AND CREAM! Banana TASTES and even SMELLS like BANANA! You will LOVE taking your protein shake after the first time you decide to take Myo Fusion, and I guarantee that personally.

*****When mixing the product, I've noticed that it's best to put liquid in the bottom of the shaker first, then the powder, then some more liquid. The beauty of this product is that it has 100% mixability with both water and milk. It tastes GREAT with both WATER or MILK, but you can mix 50/50 water and milk to alter the consistency if you choose.

***** The product mixes perfectly in a shaker so there is no need to waste time blending, unless you want to incorporate some solids such as nuts / peanut butter / oats etc.

***** The only negative in regards to mixing, is that if you shake too hard, the product will become very foamy and you will be left with a frothy mess at the bottom of your shaker. This can be negated by firmly banging the bottom of your shaker on the bottom, on a flat surface. (This same technique is used by barrista's to reduce the amount of bubbles in heated milk when making hot drinks.)
OR - Simply add more liquid, water or milk, and shake softly in a circular motion.

The actual texture of the drink after mixing is nice, very smooth, and depending on your ability to shake up your protein, there should be no lumps at all.

.:*SUMMARY*:.

If you like something, you will continue to use it. Simple. If you could make drinking cod liver oil and eating brussel sprouts enjoyable, you would, and you would consume copious amounts of them because they are good for you.

TRY THIS PRODUCT. You will LOVE IT. Not only is it GOOD FOR YOU, but it TASTES GREAT! The health benefits are numerous and there are likely many people around your local gym who will hold testament to this product and it's benefits.

Don't think it's working for you? Try training without it, see how your recovery goes. This product works, Gaspari delivers on their promises.

As part of a good diet, this product WILL be a crucial tool in achieving your physical well-being goals.
